This bb gun (the 454 version) was given to me a number of years ago and I stuck it in the back of my gun safe. A few weeks ago I pulled it out, did a quick cleaning and oiling, and ran 10 .177 Daisy premiums at my indoor target, 25 feet away. Eight landed inside a two inch group though off to the right of taget. Two were off target, right, and down. A little rear sight adjustment brought the next group to center target. It is a heavier gun as it is mostly metal. It will never rival my new C-31 but it is still fun to shoot.

I had mine for about 5 yrs. now and it’s still shooting strong. It’s a great gun for plinking although not too accurate. If your looking to buy one of these vintage airguns try to get one in the original box.The artwork is awesome and it makes a great display along with your other airgun related items…

This is a fun entry level bb shooter. It feels kind of like the Colt Woodsman .22. The spring fed magazine along the barrel holds alot of bbs (16) and the sights are nice. Trigger feel is terrible for precision or target work, but for pure fun plinking and fast shooting, its okay. I had one when I was a kid and I got one for my kid now. Its a good cheap gun to start with. Metal construction feels better than the modern plastic guns.
