Mine is stamped “922”, but is essentially the same gun.

Started airgunning with an 880 as a youngster, so I bought the big-bore wooden stocked version as an adult for a little ‘time-travel’.

Not the most powerful airgun on the rack, but Daisy put good barrels on these. With the right pell, they will give just about any airgun a good run for accuracy out to abt 30 yds.

I’m amazed how well mine groups off the bench. Ammo finicky, so experiment.

When I get tried of lugging around one of my many springer’s it’s a revelation using this super light straight shooting rifle.Still made in the USA and a fine buy for the $75.00 I paid for.The scope in nothing special but it suites the gun perfectly. No special holding “magical” techniques required to shoot good groups.Carry it all day and not get tired.Wish I could say that about most of my springer’s.Everyone should add one of these fine little guns to their collection. Why a 4 with a recommend? A little hard sometimes to load if you in a hurry.Needs a little more “Pop” as a follow up shot is some times required. But hey I am a used to some of my springer’s that will literally blow up varmints unfortunate enough to get in range.Ok I’am spoiled.Still really like the gun and intend at the proper time gifting it to my oldest Grandson. Can’t think of better introduction to our sport.Guess that’s one heck of a recommendation.”Yup”.

I have no idea what the other reviews are trying to say. This is a good pumper at a great price. Highly regarded by many. Marginal hunter, great close range vermin gun!

Not overly impressed with this airgun. It does have a metal receiver and wood stock and forearm which are both bonuses. The finish on the wood is not very nice. The plastic cocking arm and bolt are a big turn off. The barrel is a “soda-straw” type insert and the barrel housing was buggered up around the front sight. O.K. in the power department but nothing great. I’m used to one shot, no fly-away shots with my power modded QB 78/22 and after the second fly-away on a pigeon with the 22X, I gave up the idea of using it as a small game getter. Don’t have a chrony, but mine doesn’t seem very hard hitting. Also a plus, this gun is extremely light and wouldn’t be a problem carrying around all day.

Daisy 22X is a beauty of weapon and is my favorite, very good presicion and great power.

Lewd, agile and rapid it she is ideal for any type of shot.

His royal power is of 600 fps with ammunition of 15 grains.

Buy one that does not go away to repent…!
