I got the rifle as a newbee. The rifle did not come with a scope, but needs one as the manual sites go out easily.

I have however noticed that the barrel is bowed upwards.

When this gun is sited correctly, it is amazingly accurate. Even my son of 9 shorts well with it.

Forgot to tell that it comes with a very cheap scope but it deserves to install a better one but with high mount rings because the front sight comes in the way if you use low mount rings; a ghost ring (the front sight) can be seen that is very annoying.

If you are into tunning, you should cut the muzzle and get rid of the sights, re-crown the muzzle and you will have a nice, military style, rifle that is very accurate. Look for tuning articles for this rifle. Lot of info out there!

R.

The B-3-2 is manufactured by Industry Brand of China. I have found that in the United States it is called Cummins and Hercules.

Velocity of this rifle, out of the box, is in the vicinity of 550-600 in .177.

This rifle is easy to tune and mine is very accurate even before tuning it.

My rifle came dry and with a little rust spots inside the action. So first thing I did, was to clean/lube it and test it. I was amazed of the out of the box accuracy. Mine came with a synthetic seal already installed. Usually they have a leather seal. So maybe, the Chinese are now manufacturing them with synthetic seals and I got one of the new ones.

Mine was shooting to the right and down but grouping pretty well and tight. This is common in this rifle but easy to fix.

I would recommend this rifle to all people who would like to learn how to tune air guns. It is a good starter platform for this purpose.

I would not recommend it as a youth starting gun though. No sidelever or underlever is good for this purpose for safety reasons. Look for a break barrel for your boy, if this is what you have in mind.

After tune it, my rifle is shooting harder (I don’t have a chrony but I believe it is 100+ fps higher than before. It is also a little harder to cock it because the stronger spring now installed in it. It shoots with a nice and solid “thump”. I will not write down the tune list of things done to the rifle but surely has giving me a lot of satisfaction as it responded too well.

I definitively recommend this rifle even if you don’t tune it. The spring guide and one little part of the rear sight are made of plastic the rest is made of steel and wood and will last a long time if properly lubed. Wood is crude but for the price is a good rifle.

Recommended for feather hunting and small squirrels head shot.
