This rifle has been with me for 5 years, I bought it used, a guess tells me its about 10 years old, and still shooting with no issues.

The gun is smooth as silk and seems to shoot all day on a single charge, I get about 65, 70 full power shots, anymore then that and its too much work to top off.
when hunting I never shoot over 25 shots, 50 max so this gun is a one fill hunter, I never kill pest, everything I shoot is food, and this gun has brought home many rabbit stew, and more squirrel than all my rim fire combined.

Most of my shots are 25 to 30 yards and the S400 can easily keep 1/2 groups, with a scope of course, and that is why this gun is my hunter.
The trigger is a two stage that resets if released in the middle of your shot, I like this very much for safety and each time I pull the trigger its exactly the same two stage from one shot to the next, adjustments are a fun lessen, I messed up my trigger settings, it took 2 months to finally figure it out, too bad I didn’t get the book.

If I were asked for advise on this rifle I would say buy it, I don’t know if they still make them and if they do it may or may not be as good as my old S400 but if the new are the same get it if not find an old one.

I have a AA410 Classic. It has a very attractive and ergonomic beech stock and very nice checkering. The gun comes shrouded and with one ten shot magazine.

The gun is very quiet and very accurate. It has a Walter Lothar barrel. The accuracy is second to none. It can keep up with any gun in its class in power and accuracy.

The trigger is a good 2 stage. I like it as it came from the factory and have not found a reason to change it settings.

Cocking is a problem for some people. They say it is hard to cock. Well my 13 year old son can cock it without any problems. Some may find it hard to cock because they do not do it correctly. The correct method as shown in the manuel is to shoulder the gun and pull straight back on the bolt…click and the gun is cocked. The problem in cocking arises when they try to pull the bolt to the side while cocking and it will not move.

To fill you simply slip on the adapter then slip it off.

Price wise it is the best deal in PCP. It can hold it own against a Rapid or FX in accuracy and power.

Buy one and you will like it.
