Diana RWS Model 100 Problem-Help!

I have had this Diana 100 since new in the 90s. In 2013 I had it serviced and when I got it back it shot okay but seemed a little down on velocity and it started venting air when you cock it AFTER shooting a shot. Well it sat for a couple of years and I got it out recently again. It now hits low, is more down on power and you need to really control the cocking lever when you recock after shooting as the lever "kicks back" due to air it is retaining in the cylinder. Is there an adjustment where you can turn the air up so that all of the air in the cylinder is used each shot? No seems to know much about these rifles and any advice is appreciated. Thanks
